ECHO Institute for Health is an outstanding non-profit organization that has provided expert, comprehensive and caring medical referrals to many thousands of patients worldwide. Their call center admin was out of date and clunky, and more importantly, did not do everything they required to answer calls efficiently and smoothly. Working together, we created a new call center that was modern, clean and provided all the usability factors they needed.
The dashboard shows all the current calls and their progress, with a pull out tab for recent calls and activity.
Various search forms were created that are used to find different doctors, hospitals, clients and more.
The grids show all the searched for items in a neat, clean format, so it's easy to give over to a caller.
